Friends of Samphire Cove Nature Reserve




The Friends of Samphire Cove Nature Reserve are a group of volunteers who work with the Department of Parks and Wildlife and other partners to manage and improve this unique A Class Nature Reserve (the vesting being for the purpose of conservation of Flora and Fauna) located on the shoreline of the Mandurah Estuary at Halls Head on the corner of Egret Point and Wedgetail Retreat. The Friends of Samphire Cove are pleased to announce that from Monday 8th January 2018 we became a project of Mandurah Environment and Heritage Group Inc.  



Two Bird Hides one with All Abilities access - an Information Shelter - Boardwalks - make this reserve user friendly and there is the added bonus of the well appointed Grahame Heal Reserve on the opposite corner complete with barbeque and shelter.
